Scenic views were breathtaking every morning.

Our stay was a complete disaster! The room was a nightmare. the bed was painfully hard, and the pillows felt like rocks. We were kept awake all night by noise from neighboring guests, making a supposedly restful getaway into a sleepless torture. To add insult to injury, I couldn't find any staff to voice my concerns.

I loved the cozy Victorian decor throughout the lodge. The common areas were easily accessible for seniors, and the serene pond provided a picturesque spot to relax after a day exploring the natural beauty around us.

More accessible seating in common areas would be nice.

We had a wonderful time exploring the nearby nature trails right from the lodge grounds. The staff were warm and accommodating, and our room was perfect for our family of four. We also appreciated the easy access to Mt. Rainier for day hikes!

In my wife's opinion, the dining options were limited, and it would be great to have a family-friendly restaurant on-site for convenience.

Just over a mile from the park entrance, the picturesque grounds and charming old building create a delightful atmosphere. The room was cozy and well-equipped, perfect for a romantic getaway. Enjoyed the convenient nearby dining options, especially a nice risotto at a local restaurant. However, the facilities could use some updates, and the parking area was a bit cramped for larger vehicles.

Cozy stay with a vintage vibe

We spent a night in room #9, and it was super cozy. The old building has charm and made us feel like we stepped back in time. The staff was friendly, and breakfast had lots of choices. The only thing was the carpet could use some cleaning, but the ambiance made up for it.
